All materials submitted with this application become the property of The New York City Saint Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.


I understand that broadcast television coverage is subject to scheduling and mandatory commercial breaks, and the above marching band is not guaranteed television coverage time. I understand that the above band is responsible for all costs incurred for travel for the Parade, and there is no fee for his application or a fee to march in the Parade. I also understand that completing and forwarding this application to the Parade Committee does not guaranteed the above band to a position in the parade. Failure to comply with above conditions may result in denial of application to participate and / or in the removal of a band from the parade.

Invitations to participate in the parade can only be extended by the Parade Committee and no other parties.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE HONORED.
