Marist College has marched in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York City for the past 39 consecutive years. Located 90 miles north of Manhattan, Marist sits on the banks of the historic Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, New York, and also has a branch campus on the Arno River in Florence, Italy.

Joining the Marist contingent in the parade each year are ROTC cadets, the Amerscot Highland Pipe Band out of Staatsburg, New York, Trustees, alumni, students, parents, faculty, and staff who are led up Fifth Avenue by President David Yellen and President Emeritus Dr. Dennis J. Murray.
