Queens County Aide to the Grand Marshal

Bridget O’Brien is the Queens County Aide to the Grand Marshal of the 2016 NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Bridget O’Brien was educated at Cornwall High School and Fordham University. She is the C.E.O. and founder of Bridget O’Brien PR and Events. Her clientele includes fashion designers, actors, reality TV stars, Broadway productions, nonprofits, law firms, Grammy award winning artists, musicians, authors and brands. Bridget has successfully produced thousands of red carpet events, album release parties, brand launches, and charity events. She donates her PR and event planning services to many charitable organizations. Rising Star Magazine honored her for her Public Relations work. She was also honored for her philanthropy and humanitarian work by the Image Entertainment Awards. She has appeared on national networks and news shows including Fox News, ABC News, CNN, The Anderson Cooper Show, The Dr. Oz Show, Good Day NY, PIX 11 News, The Westchester Journal, News 12 Westchester and Centanni Radio.

Bridget is a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians (LAOH) Division Fifteen, a Board Member of Mission and Charity, and a member of the LAOH County Board. She is PR director of the When In Need Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Assoc. and Operation Prom. She sits on the Board of Haiti Today and Tomorrow, Gospel of Peace International as PR/Marketing and is a Lector at St. Luke’s Parish.

Bridget’s other activities include being an HSA member of Holy Trinity School, Women in Spiritual Excellence, Queens Chamber of Commerce, and the American Humane Society. She balances her successful career and philanthropic work with being a wife to Frank and mother to Fallon, age 5, and Desmond, age 3.
