Catherine is the daughter of third-generation Irish American parents, and the second of three children.  She has one brother, Michael, who lives in California, and another brother, Joseph, who sadly passed away in 2013.  All eight of Catherine’s great-grandparents immigrated to the United States from County Cork.  Born and raised on Staten Island, Catherine graduated from St. Peter’s High School for Girls, and went on to enjoy a 37-year career with the Bank of New York before retiring.  She joined the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians in 2002, and has since held several leadership roles, including Division Treasurer, Division Secretary, County Treasurer, and County Vice President. Catherine currently serves as LAOH Richmond County President.  Catherine is a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. She has been a member of the Columbiettes since 2002, and currently serves as Vice President of the Madonna Auxiliary. Catherine is also the Recording Secretary for the AARP New Dorp Chapter 2712.
